10U and up teams are required to complete a lineup card (on card stock) for their team for every game. Your lineup card can be printed automatically by logging into your account then go to Team Central for your team.  There you can see your game schedules and print you lineup cards.  You can add player numbers an other information that will print with your lineup cards.

Include the following information : all players list by numerical order, the region, age group, team number and game date, your team name and opponent name, your entire roster (ordered by jersey number). 

The Lineup card is to be given to the center referee prior to the start of each game.
