Picture Day

Spring 2023- Picture Day - Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Lightfoot Fields (weather permitting):

Alternative Photography is introducing a new ordering system this year - no order forms or prepayment necessary!

You will receive an email from Alternative Photography within just a few days after photos are taken. You will be able to see your child’s image and order directly from your phone, home computer or tablet.

How is this done? Each athlete will be photographed with a QR code. (see sample below) With information provided by the league, we will be able to organize all photos by name and send the image to you via email for ordering purposes.

All team and individual photos will be captured in the same fashion as before with each athlete and coach being photographed individually and placed into a team photo via software. This allows for a much smoother photo day not having to get all coaches and athletes together for a “group” photo.

As an added service, cashiers will be available onsite during the event.

We do not sell nor distribute your Personal Information to third parties other than companies used to produce or distribute ordered merchandise such as software, photo labs and shipping companies.

What is Picture Day?

The Region offers players a professional Picture Day experience for both Spring and Fall seasons. Players will receive Picture Day info from their Coach. Pictures will be taken at the soccer field on a specific day, typically before your scheduled game.

Even if you don’t want pictures – PLEASE show up to have your picture taken so you can be part of the Team Photo.

Different size packages are available for you to choose from. Picture orders and fees are are not part of the registration fee.
