REFUND POLICY
AYSO 161 REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued as follows:
For Fall Seasons
-Requests received between June 1 and July 15 will receive a full refund minus the Non-Refundable $25.00 National Fee and $2.75 Service fee.
-Requests received between July 16 and July 31 will receive a difference between Core Cost and uniform order cost, also minus the Non-Refundable $25.00 National Fee and $2.75 Service fee.
-NO REFUNDS will be issued after July 31.
For Spring Seasons:
-Requests received between Sept 1 and Feb 14 will receive a full refund minus the Non-Refundable $25.00 National Fee and $2.75 Service fee.
-Requests received between Feb 15 and March 31 will receive a difference between registration cost and uniform order cost, also minus the Non-Refundable $25.00 National Fee and $2.75 Service fee.
-NO REFUNDS will be issued after April 1
Combo Fall/Spring Seasons:
The Refund policy includes Fall/Spring Combo season registrants. If you register for the Combo, and play one season but not the other, you are NOT eligible for a refund for the season you did not play.
Yearly $25.00 AYSO National Membership fee is NON REFUNDABLE along with $2.75 service fee. It is paid only once during a Fall/Spring season.
After withdrawing from a program, you will retain the benefits of your annual AYSO National Membership, which you can take with you to any AYSO Region in the country over the course of the membership year in which the membership fee was paid.
